I received a gold nugget that was reworked from old gold and a special memory. The piece turned out far beyond my expectations and is so lovely! Through out the entire process, they listened, asked questions and dedicated a lot of time and attention to both the piece and me as a customer. I truly appreciated how well they took care of my memory and my gold. The jewelry came in a beautiful box with a silk ribbon, a handwritten card and a polishing cloth for gold.
