Delivery 2-3 weeks
Your order will be sent as registrered item of mail from Sweden within 3 weeks, unless otherwise specified. Delivery times may vary if a product is sold out, and in such cases we will inform you as soon as possible. At hollidays and in summer the delivery terms can be changed, if so, this will be shown top right on the frontpage.

Your order will be sent as registrered item of mail and it will be collected at your local Post office. The shipping cost is SEK 190 kr (approx 20 USD, the exact cost will be shown before accepting your order). Free shipping within Sweden.

We guarantee our own design and manufacture all of our jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your jewelery, please contact us immediately and we will take care of it for you.

Personal information is stored in our own register of customers. No unauthorised person or any other company has access to this register.
You must be 18 years old to use our online shop.
All prices are per item and including VAT. You can choose to let the prices be shown in € EURO, NOK, USD or SEK. The prices of the product is the price stated at the time the order is placed. We reserve the right to correct any obvious errors in pricing.
We offer shopping without Swedish tax for orders deliverd outside the European Union. This means that the 20% VAT will be deducted. This is done automatically when you enter your country and address.
Payment can be made with the following credit cards; VISA or MASTERCARD, or by PAY PAL.
We use the latest security technique, 3D Secure.
Deliverys to outside the European Union may be subject to custom fees and import duties of the recieving country.
Gifts/deliveries to an address other than the purchasers
If you would like the jewelry to be delivered to an address other than yours, pleace state the delivery address in the order form. If you want us to e-mail the receipt to you, pleace inform us in the text box, otherwise the receipt will be sent with the order to the delivery address.
Familjesmycken.se is responsible if an item is damaged or disapperas during transportation to the customer. The customer is responsible if the item disappears or is damaged during transportation back to us. If the item is damaged during transportation, you are to immediately report this to company responsible for the delivery and also us. Contact us for further information.
You may exchange or return your purchase within 14 days. This applies only to jewelry that is not personalized (with names, dates etc. engraved) It is not possible to return personalized jewelry. E-mail us at email@example.com and include your order number, order code and other details of the item you want to change or return. All returns are made at the custumer's own cost, unused, and in its original packing with (if any) original documents. After receiving and checking the item we will refund your money (the price paid for the jewelry, not shipping cost) into your account. We will not collect items sent with cash on delivery.
If the product is damaged or in any other way defective or if you received the wrong item, we ask you to e-mail us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure we can corrext the fault. The compensation delivery is free of cost for you. We will not collect items sent with cash on delivery. In the event of dispute, we will follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints.
