Since each moment of engraving is unique, we can not guarantee that the new engraving will look exactly the same as the previous. But of course we do our best to match the earlier engraving, and to make it look good. We will place the new name where it fits best.

Take care of your jewelry! When you send your jewelry to us for engraving, send it in the box that you received it in or a similar protective packaging, and preferably in a padded envelope. To wrap jewelry in paper is not enough as protection when the letter goes through postal sorting machines. We do not take responsability for damages caused by irresponsable packing.
