Since each engraving is unique, we can not guarantee that the new name engraved will look exactly the same as the previous. But of course we do our best to match the earlier engraving, and to make it look good.

Take care of your jewelry! When you send your jewelry to us for engraving, send it in the box that you received in the jewelry or similar protective packaging, and preferably in a padded envelope. To wrap jewelry in paper is not enough as protection. We do not take responsability for damages caused by irresponsable packing.
